Positive: The location is great and the staff is nice. The rooms are clean and functional. The hotel had some renovations going on, so we couldn't enjoy of all the amenities but it is a great place.
Negative: At check out time. As we were in a group of multiple rooms. The person cleaning our room didn't spread the towels correctly and they were trying to charge us things without even verifying first, the receptionist in that moment was in some way rude. Until one of the person checking the other rooms found them folded and unused.
